When will my order arrive?

Based on our current shipping policy, we estimate that your order should arrive within 7-14 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and any unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Rest assured that we are working hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Do the slides run big or small in terms of sizing?

Our Cloud and Terry Towel slides run slightly on the bigger size so they can be worn with socks. If you are in-between sizes i.e. 6.5 we would suggest sizing down. Buckle slides however, run on the smaller size so we would suggest sizing up.

Do your cloud slides fit people with wide feet?

Yes. Our cloud slides are made from EVA material meaning they are flexible in terms of fit.

What is your Returns Policy?

We have a 30 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. They must be returned to us in their original and unworn condition. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

What is your Refund Policy?

We will refund you for faulty, unsuitable or change of mind providing the item(s) are returned to us in their original unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days.

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.
